How do I place a return or exchange?
Glomance will gladly accept returns on unopened / unused orders placed within 60 days. Please see our returns/exchanges page for complete information. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.glomance.com. If you purchased a Glomance item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping on all orders is FREE.
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and will be listed at checkout.
How will my order be shipped?
Standard shipping is USPS and/or UPS Mail Innovations. Your order will arrive approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase (Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico may experience longer transit times). You may pay extra for expedited shipping. Glomance does not ship to freight forwarding companies or export agents. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. These options are listed at checkout.
How long will it take to ship?
Your order will arrive approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase (Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico may experience longer transit times. All orders, placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship.
Is shopping on glomance.com secure?
We understand how important security is to you. Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. The platform we are hosted on is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificated to keep order details secure (you’ll see that the shopping cart switches from http to https to show you it’s secure). What credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal when applicable. If you have a preferred method of payment that we don’t offer, please email so that we can look into it. You can write us at email@example.com – we’re always looking to expand our offering. Please note we do not accept gift cards, banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks or money orders.
What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?

How much is the sales tax?
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to California and Utah. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, excluding shipping. Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is being shipped. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, simply log into your glomance.com account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page. If you still have questions about your order, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders submitted on glomance.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Does Glomance test on animals?
Our products have NOT been tested on animals—we love our fuzzy friends too much.
Are the products vegan?
There are NO animal products in our products. Our products are vegan!
